Carl has over thirty years of experience within the medical services industry leading and guiding organizational excellence. Throughout his career, Carl has been passionate about cultural change and leadership development. He has had the opportunity to lead both large multi-physician systems and mid-size patient support organizations. He played baseball at Northwestern University and began his career within the recreational sports field before moving on to the healthcare industry. He coached his children in club baseball and softball. While living in Cincinnati, he supported the Sycamore Baseball and Softball Association, Montgomery, OH for many years by being a baseball coach (even after his kids had aged out) and board member for nine years, six of those as the Treasurer and three as the Board Chair. Carl is passionate about the forgiving grace of Jesus. LIFT and his involvement with the development of this organization is an answer to his prayers and an encouragement to his heart.
